on mass and cellphones
it irks me how some people do not seem to put their phones to silent mode during the mass. a while ago, while i attended the mass (since it was a holy day of obligation), the phone of the woman beside me goes off. it was bad enough that her phone was ringing. what's worse is that she answered it! >_<
can't one be phone-deprived even for an hour for God's sake? is that how much of a necessity it is these days?
